Goshen mascot vote reveals four finalists

Goshen High and Middle Schools made the announcement Wednesday they have four finalists for the schools’ new mascot.

The school had a re-vote after one of the 15 finalists, the Red Devils, was considered possibly offensive.

The finalists are:

• Gladiators
• Red Hawks
• Spartans
• Wolfpack

The students will vote for the final mascot during the week of November 9th.

Goshen High School alumni that live in the school district will also get the chance to vote during that week, however details will be released at a later date.

The school is voting on a new mascot because their old mascot, the Redskins, will be retired January 1, 2016.
