Goshen Mayor against ICE Detention Center

GOSHEN, Ind., A proposed ice detention center in Elkhart County has brought up a lot of feelings and a lot of controversy.

Now Goshen's Mayor Jeremy Stutsman is saying that Core Civics Detention Center would have a lot of negative effects that will outweigh any positives.

Stutsman sent out a letter against the plans in English and Spanish. You can read it below.
