Goshen Police need help identifying vehicle that allegedly struck another vehicle

GOSHEN, Ind. – The Goshen Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle they say struck a parked vehicle in a parking lot in the 1000 block of N. Main Street on September 19.

According to police, the incident happened at 2:55 p.m.
