Goshen School Board member resigns

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Goshen School Board member Allan Kauffman resigned from his position tonight.

Kauffman is one of the five Goshen school officials, including four school board members, now facing charges for improperly reporting campaign contributions.

Investigators claim Kauffman accepted an $11,000 donation to pay for a campaign flyer, but he hadn't been honest about where the money came from.
