Goshen's next police chief to be announced Tuesday

GOSHEN, Ind. -- Goshen Mayor Jeremy Stutsman announced the city's newest police chief will be named Tuesday afternoon at an event at City Hall.
The announcement will be made Tuesday at 4 p.m. in front of City Hall.
Mayor Stutsman and the new Chief of Police will make comments at the event.
