Government now offering app for safety recalls

It seems like there is an app for everything these days.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is now offering a free phone app to give you details on products you use or buy.
The app features information about recalls from The Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the F.D.A., and Agriculture Department.
The recalls.gov app is available on the Android Market.
