The other four communities were Blissfield, Owosso, Grayling, and Lansing.

Each community will be receiving $20,000.

Three Rivers improvements will be upgrades to murals and art inspired banners, bistro seating, lighting, and outdoor games such as chess and ping pong tables.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer commented on the grants stating “Thriving, attractive downtowns are vital to creating unique places where people want to live, work, visit and play,”.
