Roads, education and the largest tax cut in state history are all part of Indiana's new budget signed by Governor Mike Pence on Wednesday.
Pence says the budget shows Indiana is open for business.
The historic tax package features business tax reductions and a 5 percent income tax cut.
The budget includes more than $600 million for roads and nearly $200 million for education.
