Governor Snyder announces intent to re-run

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Governor Rick Snyder says he wants to be in office for eight years, if Michigan voters will have him!

The governor talked about his 2014 re-election plans last night in Grand Rapids.

Snyder says there is still a lot of work to be done in what he calls "The Reinvention of Michigan."

The governor has faced strong opposition to some of his policies, and was even the target of a recall petition.
