Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer held a press conference Monday to discuss the state's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
She addressed several questions that have been asked by Michiganders including why people can't get together with friends who are not sick; why all counties must be restricted, even those without a large number of cases; and whether the unemployment system will be improved.
