Granger woman who died in crash was orchestra leader at Riley High School

THREE RIVERS, Mich. – A Granger woman killed in a crash in Michigan this weekend worked at Riley High School.

The school says Linda Howard, 69, was an orchestra leader.

The crash happened on southbound U.S. 131 and M-60 in Three Rivers.

Officers say Howard failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with a semi and trailer.

Police say the truck driver could not avoid the crash.

Howard died at the scene.
