ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind - Great Lakes Capital is unveiling new expansion plans for the Grandview development right on the Granger/Mishawaka line.
The company, known for its Grandview Flats and townhomes which opened a few years back, is now set to invest 175 million dollars in the next phase of development.
The expansion aims to include a variety of features such as restaurants, an entertainment hub, retail spaces, and more.
Great Lakes Capital is excited to unveil the next phase of the Grandview as they plan to redevelop the corner of Gumwood and State Road 23.
The upcoming phase offers over 240 apartments with various floor plans, rooftop pools, and office spaces with 24/7 security.
The plan will also include over 60 townhomes, a hotel, green spaces, and event spaces.
