Group in Chicago wants to make the city the official U.S. St. Patrick's Day headquarters

CHICAGO — A group called Shamrock Chicago wants to make the windy city the official U.S. headquarters for St. Patrick's Day.
The group started an online petition.
They say they will give it to the Ireland council general befoer the holiday.
