ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – Stage five of Indiana’s Governor Eric Holcomb’s Back on Track plan goes into effect Saturday, Sept. 26.
Gyms and fitness centers are just one of many businesses that can now operate as usual, with restrictions and capacity limits lifted.
For Inner Strength and Performance, a local fitness center in South Bend that opened during the pandemic, that means they plan to keep their fitness classes small to ensure social distancing is maintained.
Although businesses can now re-open at full capacity, the statewide mask mandate is still in effect. At Inner Strength and Performance, face masks are encouraged while working out, but not mandatory.
