Habitat for Humanity giving a home for the holidays

The season of giving is just beginning. In Elkhart County, Habitat for Humanity is trying to rally support for their last project of the year.

A single mother is in need of a place to call home.

Habitat says they need to raise $9,000 to get supplies, and they need your help to do it.

“Your donation is an investment into a family's future. It's not just going to help them right now. It's going to help them for years to come," said one organizer. 

The goal is to get everything done before Christmas so the family can spend the holiday in a new home.
