UPDATE: The four-way intersection of S.R. 23 and Douglas Road has had power restored at of 1 p.m. Wednesday. The traffic lights are now functional.
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Drivers in the area should use caution at the intersection of S.R. 23 and Douglas Road, as of 9:30 a.m.
As with all intersection without power, the four-way intersection should be treated as a four-way stop until power is restored.
