Harlan Praul will be sentenced on murder and intimidation charges Monday morning.

SOUTH BEND, Ind -- A man accused of beating a homeless woman to death in July will learn his fate Monday.

37-year-old Harlan Praul will be sentenced on murder and intimidation charges Monday morning. Praul plead guilty to killing 48-year-old Christine Freeman last month. He also plead guilty to an intimidation charge after he threatened the life of a jail nurse.

Police found Freeman barely breathing on Haney Avenue in July. She died from her injuries less than a month later.
