Head Coach Brian Kelly wants to keep the Irish focused

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. --- Last year, Brian Kelly led the Irish to their best season in years before losing to Alabama in the National Championship.

Now, Notre Dame is 1-1 and their season is not going to get easier.

After Purdue, the Irish will face Michigan State and Oklahoma to finish out the month.

Kelly says he just wants to keep the Irish focused on one game at a time. Especially the defense.

"We just need to continue to progress and continue to get better, and be more consistent as a defense," said Irish Head Coach Brian Kelly.
