Hearing postponed until next month

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A court hearing for the father of a South Bend Common Council Member on charges of reckless driving has been postponed.
Henry Davis Junior and his father Henry Davis Senior were pulled over back in October.
Police say it took them a while to pull over.
The councilman was handcuffed and placed in the back of a cruiser but was not ticketed.
His father was let out of jail on a $250 bond.
The hearing will now take place next month.
