Heart healthy Valentine's day

This Valentine's Day, Battell Elementary students will jump into a healthy heart.

The school will host its first ever Jump Rope for Hearts and Hoops for Hearts event to help raise money for the American Heart Association.

The programs teach kids about physical fitness and also gives students the chance to raise money for children with sick hearts.

By staying active, kids can significantly reduce the onset of heart disease.
