Foggy Christmas Eve possible with some showers for Santa
High pressure is setting up over the western third of the United States bringing record-breaking heat to some areas of California, Oregon and Washington State.
Thursday a low-pressure system will sweep in from Canada.
The jet stream will be dipping down well to the south, allowing cool air to filter in from Canada.
As the low continues to pass from Thursday to Friday, there will be much cooler temperatures by the end of the week.
In Michiana, temperatures will be in the 80s, but Friday will be much cooler temperatures.
