Heavy rain leads to messy morning comute in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Heavy rain led to puddles and a messy morning commute.
On Douglas, water backed up in a dip in the road, not far from Ironwood Dr.
Cars were able to get through the mess okay, but drivers had to slow down.
