Hello Gorgeous surprises a woman with a makeover at a South Bend Cubs game
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Beth Stevens, a woman battling cancer, was surprised by Hello Gorgeous with a manicure, pedicure, a facial, hairstyling and a new outfit at a baseball outing.
She was whisked off to her makeover after throwing the first pitch, at the South Bend Cubs September 6 game, with the crowd being a part of her big reveal after the 8th inning.
"This has been a dream for me, many years in the making. No one goes to a baseball game and expects a surprise makeover. The element of surprise is the absolute best," said Hello Gorgeous founder, Kim Becker.
Over the past 20 years, Hello Gorgeous has been in the business of making women feel extra special during a difficult time in their lives.
South Bend Cubs Assistant General Manager Chris Hagstrom-Jones was honored to partner with Hello Gorgeous for this surprising reveal.
