Henry Davis Jr asking for answers to new grass ordinance

Council Member Henry Davis Junior wrote an open letter to Mayor Pete Buttigieg asking for answers regarding the new tall grass ordinance that went into effect on Friday.
Davis outlines five specific question in the letter all essentially asking where is the money coming from for this ordinance.
