High Water: Flooding closes roads in Michiana

Flooding is a major concern across Michiana today. Elkhart County Dispatch says its seeing high water on Indiana 15 in the New Paris area.

LaGrange & Pulaski Counties also report high water on roads with some closures.

INDOT says you're likely to encounter standing water, icy spots and potholes on the roads today.

One of the busiest roads in Kosciusko County is shut down. State Road 15 in Milford closed early this morning because of several feet of water between 900-1150 north. Crews aren’t able to do much to remove that water, so they’re trying to let mother nature remove the water itself. Until then, the road will be closed. Another problem for that road was some ice balls, causing a slippery surface.
