Hogan faces felony charges for 2009 carjacking

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Hakeen Hogan, accused in the 2009 carjacking of two Holy Cross students went before a judge on Monday morning.
A new trial date has been set for the 19-year-old.
The Prosecutor's Office just refiled charges based on new evidence.
He is scheduled to be back in court for a records hearing on Aug. 30, and his trial is set to begin on Sept. 14.
