Holy Cross Harvest Food Drive: Fill the orange tubs

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- You may have noticed these big orange tubs around town.
The hope is that you will help fill them with food!
It's for the Holy Cross Harvest Food Drive -- collaboration between Notre Dame, Saint Mary's and Holy Cross.
They're asking for food or cash.
Organizers collected about 32,000 meals in the first week alone!
"We fed them one meal and they probably want to eat again. And so no matter how much we collect we know that there's such a high need that there's always more,” said Anne Kolaczyk.
The food collected will go to the Food Bank of Northern Indiana.
The drive runs through February 14.
