Still hot today, but less humid, with plenty of Sunday sunshine. For the early birds: you may encounter a bit of patchy fog this morning. Be cautious if you are out for a morning run or drive. Fog begins to clear after sunrise.
If you’re at Lake Michigan today, there will be a green flag for swimming. This is good news for swimmers looking to beat the 90 degree heat. Tonight should be quiet, although we could see another round of patchy fog for Monday morning.
The week starts hot, with near 90 degree temperatures Monday through Wednesday. Humidity increases on Wednesday. It isn’t until a round of showers overnight Wednesday into Thursday that we’ll see some relief- temperatures the second half of the week drop into the low 80s.
Today: Mostly sunny. High 90.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Patchy fog possible. Low 66.
Monday: Sunny. High 90.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. High 90.
