Housing market hits snag in recovery efforts

The housing market hit a snag during its recovery efforts.

That's according to the National Association of Realtors.  The group reports the sales rate for existing homes is up 4 percent from June of 2011, but since May of this year.

That number is down more than 5 percent.  An economist for the realtors' group said the dip is not because of a lack of demand.

Instead it is a lack of supply.
