Howard Park presents Winter Open November 26

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Howard Park is getting ready for the winter season with a new event this Friday beginning at 10:30 a.m.
The Winter Open event will celebrate the beginning of ice-skating season and mark the beginning of the Howard Holiday Market.
The ceremonial first skate will take place at 10:30 a.m., followed by a day of events, including complimentary treats and hot drinks, a visit from the Grinch, Santa’s Elf, and more, story time with Mayor Mueller, and the holiday market in the evening.
