Howard Street closed for construction

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Beginning Friday, March 26, Howard Street will be closed as crews install water and sewer service lines in the area.
The street will be closed from Francis Street to S.R. 23.
Detour routes are available on Notre Dame Avenue or S.R. 23 via Campeau Street.
Howard Street is expected to reopen Friday, April 9.
