SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The 12 million dollars expansion project of the Ice Box Skating Rink in South Bend is now complete. The project created a third hockey rink along with an entirely new refrigeration system to keep all three rinks cool.
After the ceremony organizers hosted a guided tour of the ice box before having an open house for visitors.
