IDEM moves to dissolve Marshall County Regional Sewer District

Pixabay MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Indiana Department of Environmental Management is declaring the Marshall County Regional Sewer District dissolved and entering an order for distribution of all assets owned.
IDEM determined that the district is not economically feasible, fair or reasonable. This comes after similar action was voted on by both the Marshall County Council and Marshall County Board of Commissioners.
