DU QUOIN, Ill. -- Perry County, Illinois is now home to a new multi-millionaire but this is not his first win.
Bob Bytnar was presented with a $4-million lottery check Monday.
He retired from his job last week and plans to spend his time at his family owned ice cream shop.
The businessman won $100,000 four years ago.
He used the money to pay for his wife's medical bills.
"The first thing I thought was well I looked at that number wrong. So I put my glasses on so I could see it," said Bytnar.
The store that sold the ticket has also received $40,000.
