Indiana AG seeks to suspend doctor's license

INDIANAPOLIS -- The state attorney general is trying to suspend a doctor behind a pain relief center that has offices in Warsaw.

The AG said Doctor William Hedrick's Centers for Pain Relief in Northern Indiana have prescribed a large volume of pain killers.

The state also accuses the doctor of unsafe drug mixing practices.

The state medical board will consider the petition for suspension next week.

If suspended, Hedrick could be prohibited from practicing medicine for 90 days.
