INDIANAPOLIS -- The state's Attorney General said he can no longer defend parts of Indiana's new immigration law.
The state filed documents in federal court on Tuesday.
The issue is whether or not police can make warrantless arrests based on certain immigration documents.
Last month, the Supreme Court ruled similar language in Arizona's immigration law unconstitutional.
