Indiana BMV extends hours on Election Day

INDIANAPOLIS—Indiana's Bureau of Motor Vehicles has extended its branch hours of operation for the primary election on June 2, 2020.

Branches will be open on Tuesday, June 2, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to issue identification cards and driver’s license to be used for identification at polling locations.

Appointments are not required for service on June 2.

Social distancing and precautionary measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19 are being taken at branches, the BMV said.
