Indiana continues in Stage 5, mask order extended

In a press conference Wednesday afternoon, Governor Eric Holcomb announced the state will stay at Stage 5 through mid November. He also extended the mask mandate through November 14.
Stage 5 will continue October 18 through November 14.
The state will remain at Stage 5 because our numbers were trending in the right direction in September but the numbers have been steadily increasing since then.
During the press conference, State Health Commissioner Dr. Kristina Box announced she has tested positive for COVID-19. Dr. Box said she is asymptomatic.
