ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – Former U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly spoke at Potawatomi Park to break down the impacts the American Rescue Plan has had here in South Bend.
The American Rescue Plan included the nearly 2 trillion-dollar COVID-19 relief packages, including the $1,400 stimulus checks.
In South Bend, over $63 million in rescue funds were distributed.
