Indiana flags to be flown at half-staff for victims of Texas shooting

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is ordering flags to be flown at half-staff across the state in honor and remembrance of the victims of a shooting in Allen, Texas.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from now until sunset on Thursday.
