Indiana has 49,575 cases of COVID-19, 2,546 deaths

The Indiana State Department of Health announced there are 521 new cases of COVID-19 and 7 deaths.

There are a total of 49,575 cases and 2,546 Hoosiers have died.

To date, 542,292 tests have been reported to the department.

Intensive care unit and ventilator capacity remain steady. As of today, nearly 38 percent of ICU beds and 84 percent of ventilators are available.

  • Elkhart Co.: 3,432 cases, 57 deaths
  • Fulton Co.: 73 cases, 1 death
  • Kosciusko Co.: 565 cases, 4 deaths, 245 recovered
  • La Grange Co.: 482 cases, 9 deaths, 300 recovered
  • La Porte Co.: 597 cases, 27 deaths
  • Marshall Co.: 521 cases, 7 deaths
  • Pulaski Co.: 66 cases, 1 death
  • St. Joseph Co.: 2,022 cases, 80 deaths
  • Starke Co.: 96 cases, 3 deaths
