Indiana has 78,632 cases of COVID-19, 2,906 deaths
The Indiana State Department of Health announced there are 1,079 new cases of COVID-19 and 8 deaths.
There are a total of 78,632 cases and 2,906 Hoosiers have died.
To date, tests for 886,489 unique individuals have been reported to the department.
As of today, nearly 33 percent of ICU beds and nearly 80 percent of ventilators are available across the state.

**The 7-day positive test rate shows the average daily positive test rate for the 7 day period. The daily positive test rate represents the percent of individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 on a given date. The 7-day period is delayed 6 days to allow time to receive comprehensive test results.
