Indiana Master Trooper retires after 34 years of service
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- After serving the community for more than 34 years, Master Trooper Brad Kaizer will be retiring.
A life-long Indiana resident and graduate of South Bend Washington High School, Kaizer has spent his entire career working at the Indiana State Police Toll Road post.
On top of spending several years as a member of the Clandestine Methamphetamine Lab team, Kaizer also served as a Field Training Officer, Emergency Vehicle Operator instructor, speed timing device instructor, and Critical Incident Stress Management team member.
Kaizer reflected on his career by highlighting the many different experiences that he had a chance to participate in.
"This job has given me so many opportunities. I was involved in countless presidential motorcades and worked many interesting special details. As I get ready to begin retirement, I am glad I was able to serve the community that I am part of," said Kaizer.
