Indiana Michigan Power incentivizing electric vehicles

Indiana Michigan Power announced that it is offering a $500 incentive towards the cost of wiring a residential electric vehicle meter and offering a lower overnight charge rate with their IM Plug In program.

These incentives are only available to Indiana customers.

With the $500 incentive, I&M is partnering with HomeServe to help streamline the process of installing an EV meter through an electrical contractor.

IM Plugged In also will offer Indiana residents an overnight rate that is 33% less than standard rates. The rate is available for Hoosiers who charge their vehicle from 11 pm to 6 am.
