Indiana Senator honors fallen servicemen

Ahead of Memorial Day, Senator Joe Donnelly honored three fallen servicemen Tuesday night on the senate floor.

Two of those he spoke in detail about were from our area, Army Staff Sergeant Jesse Williams of Elkhart and Air Force Technical Sergeant Dale Mathews of Rolling Prairie. 

"These men are all true heroes--they served their country with distinction. They made their family friends and all Indiana proud," said Senator Donnelly.

Williams was killed in action when his Blackhawk crashed in Afghanistan and Mathews died in a plane crash during a training exercise in England earlier this year.
