Indiana State Police investigating inmate death at Marshall County Jail

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. - Indiana State Police is investigating the death of an inmate at the Marshall County Jail on Thursday.
At 9:07 p.m., jail staff located an inmate that was unresponsive and later pronounced deceased.
The inmate, identified as 53-year-old Kelly Peterson of Culver, was alone in the cell at the time.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Friday afternoon.
