Indiana State U. student facing murder charges

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- An Indiana State University student faces murder charges in Terre Haute.
Police say that William Mallory, 21, killed one man and shot two others outside of a bar in Terre Haute around 3 a.m. Friday morning.
Investigators say it appears that Mallory got into a fight inside of the Ballyhoo Tavern and it continued in the parking lot.
Mallory is currently in police custody.
