Indiana Supreme Court hearing being held for a convicted South Bend man

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-The Indiana Supreme Court will hear the case of a man convicted of shooting and killing his girlfriend, back in 2010.
Five Indiana justices will hold a hearing in the case of Brice Webb. A judge sentenced him to 95 years in prison. He appealed his conviction, alleging he did not get a fair trial. The hearing starts at 10:30 this morning and can be viewed live online at http://mycourts.in.gov/arguments.
