Indiana warns boaters about alcohol on waterways

INDIANA -- Indiana Conservation officers launch "Operation Dry Water."
The operation is part of a national campaign to warn boaters about the dangers of boating while drunk.
In 2011, alcohol was believed to be factor in 63 of Indiana's 75 boating accidents.
