Indianapolis Colts' Nathan Palmer holds football camp in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. — An NFL player and Elkhart native held a special football camp for local kids on Saturday. Children from all over Michiana in third through eighth grades met at Pierre Moran Middle School to get football lessons from Nathan Palmer. 

Palmer is a wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts.

He graduated from Elkhart Central, then played college football at Northern Illinois.

Palmer said he wanted to come home and give back to the kids of his community.
